Made in Thailand by skilled Thai artisans, each box is constructed from durable paperboard wrapped in fabric and features traditional corded handles for carrying from the top or side.

You can comfortably stack up to 2 hats on top of each other inside the Hat Box.

The Hat Filler is designed to help refine your hat’s fit or bridge the gap if you are in between sizes.

• How it Works: Made in Japan from adhesive-backed felt, it sticks under the inside sweatband lining to reduce your hat size by approximately 0.5 to 2 cm.
• Custom Fit: It can be applied around the entire inner crown or cut in half with scissors for a subtle adjustment.
